Delete your Jelli account

Jelli is made by Jelli Finance Co. You can delete your Jelli account, or just some of your data, at any time.

Delete your account in the app

On iPhone, iPad or Android: open Jelli → Profile → Delete account, then confirm. Your account is deleted right away.

Delete your account on the web

Sign in on this page with the account you want to delete, then confirm. Your account is deleted right away.

Delete your account without the app

Email help@jelli.us from the address you sign in with and ask us to delete your account. We'll confirm by email and delete it within 30 days.

What's deleted

Your account and sign-in methods (passkeys, Sign in with Apple and Google), bank connections (we also tell Plaid to remove them), transactions with their notes and photos, jars, budgets, rewards, JJ conversations, notifications, shared Jellis, and connected AI assistants.

Your support conversations (emails and in-app support messages) are deleted too.

What we keep, and for how long

  • Anonymous counts with nothing that identifies you, like when people joined and how many questions support answered, so our statistics stay right.
  • Copies in our encrypted backups, until they're replaced, within 30 days.
  • Records we must keep by law, for as long as the law requires.

Delete some of your data and keep your account

In the app or on the web:

  • Delete a transaction's photos or note: open the transaction.
  • Stop Jelli reading a bank: Profile → Connect bank → Manage → Disconnect bank, or Remove from Jelli for one account. Transactions already imported stay unless you ask us to delete them.
  • Disconnect a connected AI assistant: Profile → Connect your AI.

Or email help@jelli.us from the address you sign in with, say what to delete, and we'll delete it within 30 days.

Subscriptions

Deleting your account ends a subscription bought on the web or in Google Play. One bought on iPhone is yours to cancel: Settings → your name → Subscriptions.
